1. WEB 2.0 is a term used to describe changes in the way the internet is now used
( I am just familiarizing myself with web 2.0 and I'm told we're already evolving to web 3.0)
2. Library 2.0 is a term used to describe how libraries now use all available resources,including patron/customer feedback to improve services. (Does this mean we're also getting to Library 3.0?)
